Who we are

Des Res Marbella is a small family run estate agency committed to providing unrivalled personal service, our philosophy is to treat our clients the way we would like to be treated in their quest to acquire or rent property on the Costa del Sol.

Our area of operation is roughly from Malaga in the East, all the way down to Gibraltar in the West and inland to the pretty whitewashed Andalucían towns and villages surrounding Marbella.

We have gained much experience from living and working here and would be pleased to share this knowledge with our clients in order to make property acquisition here the pleasurable and exciting time it should be.

What we will do

We have formed a Code of Practice by which Des Res Marbella will operate.

We will provide our clients with as much time as they feel comfortable with, enough time to fully understand their needs and enough time to create a unique personal profile of their requirements, only then can we be sure that we have the information to carry out our work.

We will communicate with our clients at a time and frequency that suits the individual needs of the client.

We will provide clarity and transparency in all the information provided to our clients at every stage of the buying process.

What we will not do

We will not give our clients misleading information of any kind, we will not send our clients speculative property details that are not in line with thier search parameters and finally we will never pressurise our clients to do anything that they are not 100% comfortable with.

In Summary

Des Res Marbella will provide a service that unfortunately many previous buyers have found is the exception rather than the rule, we are convinced that purchasers in today’s recovering markets will be much more discerning and even demanding.
