Airport Meet & Greet		€45 – Note 4
General Repairs & Maintenance		€15 per hour – Note 5
Garden Maintenance		€15 per hour – Note 5
Swimming Pool Maintenance		€160 per month – Note 6
Arrival Welcome Pack		From €20 –Note 7
Adhoc Cleaning		€10 per hour – Note 8

*Property Management includes:

Fortnightly property check when unoccupied (weekly in bad weather)
Check for signs of damp and mould
Check all lights and water supply, run taps and flush toilets
Check security/alarm system
Sweep terraces and patios
Check for pests and vermin
Collect post and forward to you
Forward to you by email a monthly report

Note 1: Key Holding includes meeting deliveries and tradesmen

Note 2: Key Holding is included in Property Management

Note 3: Subject to a 10% discount for payment of one year in advance

Note 4: Operate between 7am and midnight and cover the coast down to Estepona

Note 5: All materials will be charged at cost

Note 6: Based on 8mx4m pool all chemicals included

Note 7: Minimum charge €20

Note 8: Anything from a quick flick to a full builders clean
